Caroline might be on QVC, she's 50, so maybe not, but does look similar.
She was signed to an agency about 20 years ago. This Ken guy is sitting on gold (he's now at @basephotography on Twitter) I've seen some fashion stuff she did over the years but nothing topless or higher other than what's already been posted.

Where does the hockey one come from?
That was from using Wayback Machine on her website. A few pictures are archived but unfortunately lots aren't, just tiny thumbnails.
