Yes. But I'd recommend sticking to "Fingers" and "Come Here Boy". "Titty Drop" is ok, but not perfect. There's also "Toe Tap" which works really well, but it's very specific. Unfortunately I've struggled to get some of them to work as intended. They can function but I hate that they may waste someone's credits. So stick to the ones I mentioned. You can just search Alukcor and it'll bring them all up. I haven't used Come Here Boy more than the one time, but It's getting rated very well. So I assume the results are good. I've posted extentions with Fingers on here and it hasn't failed me yet but they are really just extentions. It's annoying to do anything else because their instructions aren't great and you get one shot to get it right.

I bought Artspace(dot)ai app. It's a one time fee and a pretty good app for non-nsfw stuff as well. So it had value to me. Hopefully it'll add video features after it gets out of it's beta stages, but for now it's great for pictures. Not made for adult stuff on the surface but they make it pretty clear that it can be and that's fine. They just don't outright have app features geared towards it. But easy to work around that.
