This happens quite a lot, profiles are being 'managed' and its quite obvious. Spam, automated random chat, sometimes chat being outsourced to some 'call center' like company that clearly gets paid trying to get messages unlocked (which are the same ones over and over).
Most obvious examples that I know of are:

- Mica Martinez and Sarah McDonald (Managed by the same "agent" , get a free subscription to them both and see exactly the same spammy 'chat messages' appear at exactly the same time. Also some scamming going on, online 24/7)
- Gemma Hiles (Very spammy and straight up scamming sometimes., online 24/7)
- Kandi Kay -> At least suspected, her profile got extremely spammy
- Georgie Darby
- ...

Sophie's site is run by a US based service (the messages have become very generic and are mostly posted in the early hours of the morning). They will run other sites too and hence the cross advertising
