They didn't. After the Mandy stuff, they got on *ALL* the talent. The knock-on effect was that she stopped.

I guess because they’re trying to promote their brand and she’s a WWE’s correspondent who also does WWE talk shows etc and kids watch the talk shows on YouTube etc. beats me would be my guess

Could be because N1k1t@ is on NXT. Different rules on that brand. Chugs for example kept his Twitch channel going even during the WWE Twitch purge. One of his requests was to keep his Twitch channel when he's called up. Which is why he's now in AEW.
