Each of those GIFs are like 15+ MB apiece when the original video is 58 MB. What is the point of this? On what device would a giant ass GIF with a choppy frame rate be better than the original video? Is it just to make money off that filehost?
I'd hazard a guess that people want the GIF's to share elsewhere, and to cherry pick the bits they want to see.
Sure, all the gifs are larger than the video, bit if you only want the one gif for a forum, it's nice to have that option.
