How do you pull 4k from there mate? I've only ever been able to pull 480p, it would be good to know for the future?

Open the page the video is on in a new tab, inspect > network > refresh page and filter to media, you should see a bunch of stuff but copy the .m3u8 url with the size you want and use VLC to open that and convert it.
