3. Press and hold on the enlarged, a download picture popup should appear.

For videos:

1. Change the video quality from 720 to original.
2. Let the video play for about 5 seconds or so.
3. Press and hold on the video for a download popup to appear.
4. Save the video.

There's the step by step instructions for you and everyone else who keeps posting screenshots.
