AI detectors are useless. There's no objective way to detect whether something is AI or not, and the percentages they give you are not reflective of statistical accuracy of those predictions. The only thing those things can "detect" are patterns that are common in AI generated images. Guess what? Those patterns are common in generated images because they were also common in the real images the AI learned from. At best, "AI detectors" are going to tell you whether something looks "generic", and that's about it.
