Ive had my OF for several years, ya know for research purposes, but Ive never been asked to submit an ID for it. I know you have to submit to be a creator, but Im not. The only thing on my page is my avatar, which os just a corny pic thats not even me. All of a sudden, they lock me out and require me to verify and submit an ID. It seems fishy. Is it legit, or should i just delete the profile and start over?

Probably due to the current censorship push. They want to easily trace who views what. They're starting with adult content because that's an easy one to convince the average moron on, but it'll quickly move on to anything the regime wants buried. IE criticism of certain regimes and questioning things like which politicians are scumbag chomos

Depends where you are , most of the EU and the UK have adopted age verification laws as well as some states in the USA.
I’m in the uk/ni. I didn’t have 2 stage verification or whatever on, £100 tried to be charged and my bank flagged it as fraud and stopped it. I do think it’s a safe enough site I just deleted my account to be safe. I’ll rejoin when I learn how to do it safely

A VPN will let you side step it if indeed that is what you are running into but the £100 thing sounds sketchy - maybe you have something else going on , hope you get it sorted.

Yeah well I don’t understand a lot of things to do with the internet so I just deleted it to be safe. Googling it, it’s not an uncommon thing to happen if your security isn’t good not using 2 factor I’d etc.
