Yeah, tbf I fucked up as saw the post, didn't do it quickly enough and got suspended before backing them up.
A $200 chargeback has lost me 20x that value of content

Thats sucks. They should not be allowed to suspend people for claiming a chargback for something they never got when they can prove they have a legit claim. The thing is, these sites rely on people not using their full distance selling consumer rights due to the nature of the content. Also, as they're an international site, they often play fast and loose with UK rules anyway.

I only dip in and out of here these days. You could look on coomer .su, and see if the accounts are on there but I don't think private messages get uploaded there, it's usually just the main posts.

I was well within my rights as well, paid $200 for 'early access' to something, didn't get it early and had to pay same as everyone else to unlock. OF stance was 'transactions between creators and subscribers are final'

Did you wait and create another support ticket? Sometimes when I get denied a refund I'll wait a couple days and make another ticket, sometimes I'll get a different person assigned to it who will refund me.
