Anyone has experience of claiming chargeback through bank for OF content etc not received and OF refused to budge?
If so, do they fight it? Or do they just ban?

Follow up question, if they ban me, will I lose all my content I have? I need to rip it all, but not yet had the chance (there is a lot)

You either have to take it on the chin and just forget that certain girl exists or go for the bank chargeback. Generally if the amount is under 500GBP they won't fight it and you'll get the money back but honestly I haven't ever heard them fight any amount so even if it's more I'd say you'd be fine

If you chargeback through the bank then your account will be deactivated and you won't have access to anything you have purchased on there. I'd always recommend downloading content straight away once you receive it as it's in the TOS that the "model" can retract any content sent at any time for any reason so it's never safe just sitting there anyway

Who are you dealing with if you don't mind me asking? I tipped for a KK b/g vid which I have yet to receive, with all messages ignored. Lesson learned I guess

Kk's account is defo run by an agency now, no matter what time of day you log on, it is logged in and there's messages get sent then deleted shortly after. Ruined the whole experience for me so I've now unsubbed

Technically nothing stopping you from charging back to whatever date your bank allows you to but then it just goes back to if OF want to fight you on it. In their TOS they'll be covered arse over head with terms like "All sales are final" and stuff like that. I wouldn't push it personally but that's just me, Best of luck whatever route you choose to go!
