Got hits on pimeyes for this video, which looks like it could be a younger her - also the actress is credited as Keris Matthews (can't find anything on that name though) which is quite a coincidence ref the name Cerys. Video also has sound (but out of sync) with her speaking, so maybe voice could be checked to see if it's the same.
