I mean, i’m with you the stay away from people thing. But, not really an american monopoly. There are some americans (and others) on a mexican beach. If they need to be forced to stay off the beach, well the locals should force them off. If the locals are willing to take the risk for the tourism, likely the major income of the region, then that’s on them. If these people try to come back to their home countries, then they should be quarantined or not allowed. Though with general aviation in the US, that could be hard to impossible to enforce as there are lots of airports…
