Casey Marshall is a pro IFBB athlete, fitness model, and co-owner of Team Flawless Physique, LLC. She’s been in the game since she was a kid, training in ballet and performing with the Joffrey Ballet. That’s where she picked up her knowledge about eating right and maintaining a balanced diet.

Given her background as a ballet dancer, Casey decided to switch things up and pursue a career in health and culinary arts. She even served as an executive chef at a swanky healthy dining joint for three years.

Casey made her debut in competitions in 2011 and soon started racking up wins. That’s when she decided to go all-in on fitness, promoting a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition.
