Check out Alex Scott, the former right back who repped the English national team from 2004 to 2017, playin’ in 140 matches for the squad. She held it down with Arsenal for most of her club career. Post-retirement, she switched gears to become a broadcaster and even dropped some knowledge as one of the commentators at the 2019 FIFA World Cup.

At just eight years old, she linked up with the Arsenal youth team, originally kickin’ it as a winger before making moves to right back. She scored the game-winning goal in the final of the 2007 UEFA Women’s Cup, helping Arsenal take home the trophy. Her roots run deep with Irish and Jamaican heritage.
