No, pic 2 is not shopped, it’s just poor quality. Low detail & artifacts all over the place. The dark & shadowed areas are lowest detail. There’s boundary crossovers AKA pixellation everywhere there’s a light-to-dark transition of similar color on both sides. We see it mostly in the jawline. As we zoom in, we get pixellation in all the dark or shady zones. There’s also massive weird color artifacts. If we crank up the color saturation, these artifacts resemble carved decorations in a low-detail color band across the bottom. The main point is the conjecture that the pixellation we see in the jawline would be due to blur attempting to hide a cut-paste job cannot be reliably established. Further, the light-source direction implied by the bright spots in the face & body are consistent. A case could be made that someone has cranked down the color saturation to mask the low resolution. This would tend to explain the relative lack of pixellation in the dark areas, leaving only the light/dark edges pixellated. All of this, my opinion. But I hope it casts some doubt on the unqualified claim that pic 2 is a fake & blaming the artifacts on blatant, sloppy photoshopping.
