Pages on the main site being back-added/silently uploaded?

I've noticed starting in 2021 that pages are being back-added/silently uploaded on the main site. They don't appear when browsing the main site for the past 48 hours of content or more and then all of the sudden, they appear. For example, between October 2 and today November 7, the following pages were back-added, meaning that they weren't uploaded on the dates the site says they were:

This is why there are no comments on any of them... because no one can see them when they check the site for updates. I noticed the same problem on nudogram which I'm pretty sure is somewhat affiliated with this site. Can we get an explanation as to why this is happening and hopefully stop doing it?
