Instagram Downloader

I did not understand if it is just me but I can no longer download photos and videos from Instagram
using the usual browser extensions (Firefox & Chrome). Do you also have this problem?

JDownloader (standalone app) works for video in regular instagram posts, but adding your login is not straight forward but they have guides on how to find your cookie values.

For those shortlived posts, the Video Skyload Download plugin still works for me in Chrome, but Google dont like and keep deactivate it.
