Here's my initial list list of good celeb booties:

Again, it's just an initial list --- I technically have thousands (celebs, pornstars, non-celebs, etc.) on my networks --- but these I've listed, I find to have really good booties.
(My personal Fav is Avril's ass, but then again, I suppose I'm a bit biased since I enjoy everything about her).

It's been my experience that, on average -- however, there are some rare exceptions to this -- girls'/womens' physique seems to always have, what I like to refer to as the "TITS-TO-ASS RATIO"; where a lady's average -- or even larger than average -- body fat seems to accumulate predominantly in either one of those two areas, and I believe this theory to be sound.

For example: most chicks that have larger breasts, seem to have flatter butts; and most chicks that have smaller breasts, appear to have tighter, more full/rounded butts.

For us dudes, it's pretty simple: Our average -- or even larger than average -- body fat seems to mostly always accumulate in our gut/belly.

So far, it's just a theory, but based on the number of personal "observations," it seems to mostly add up.... of course, it'll require more further scientific study, testing, & "subjects" before it can [Finally] become an accepted norm. LOL

Some girls -- mostly pornstars, models, celebs, or girls with rich parents -- try to cheat this rule, with plastic surgery &/or implants, but I like mine to be all-natural, & the ones in my initial list are all-natural with (mostly) average-to-small boobs, but in my opinion, have some really good booties.

Boobies are great, but I also really likes my ladies' asses!

I'm sure some of you have heard the old saying, "The quickest way to a man's heart is through his stomach"? Well, when it comes to the ladies, I like to say, "The quickest way to a girl's heart is through her ass!" LOL
