hmmmm....when you do a google reverse image search, the first link that pops up is from a gonewild post on reddit from Aug 8th, 2016. And the title says "good morning from rio"(the olympics were during this time) . If it's not her, it's either another athlete, or someone trolling.

I want to believe it's her. The only thing stopping me is that in the picture, it looks like the woman has a belly button piercing, and I have yet to find a picture of Aly with any belly piercings. Or it could just be a reflection from the camera.

I saw the piercing and thought the same thing

How mysterious. Even in the Reddit thread, someone suggests it's Aly. But it could be 100s of athletes, and the navel piercing casts doubt.
