Flip or Flop star Tarek and his new fiancée, Selling Sunset’s Heather hit the beach at their upscale Cabo San Lucas hotel on Saturday. Blonde Heather wore a florescent yellow swimsuit with a sparkly blush colored cover up, while 39-year-old beau covered up in a T-shirt and patterned swim shorts.
