Meet Angel Reese, the collegiate baller who started off at the University of Maryland. After a couple of seasons, she switched it up and headed to Louisiana State University. Her b-ball skills have made her a social media star with over 2.8 mil followers on the ‘gram. She helped LSU snag a national title in 2023. She was picked by the Chicago Sky in the 2024 WNBA Draft. Back in high school, she was a five-star prospect at St. Frances Academy in Baltimore, Maryland.
She was the second-best player in her class as a senior. Maryland started recruiting her when she was just an eighth grader. After she committed to Maryland, she became the top recruit in the program’s history. She even scored a sponsorship deal with Amazon while still in college. She grew up in Randallstown, Maryland with her fam. Her cousin is UConn’s Jordan Hawkins. In June 2023, she made it official that she was dating Cam’Ron Fletcher. She played college hoops at LSU, just like Ben Simmons and Shaquille O’Neal. She faced off against Iowa and Caitlin Clark in the 2023 national championship game.
