Check Tara Davis-Woodhall, born May 20, 1999, an American track and field star killin’ it in long jump and hurdles. Back in 2017, she smashed the American indoor long jump record. She nabbed 6th in the long jump at the 2020 Summer Olympics and snagged a silver at the 2023 World Athletics Championships. On Oct 16, 2022, she tied the knot with Paralympic champ Hunter Woodhall, and they run a channel together.

Meet Eve Muirhead, born April 22, 1990, a Scottish curler from Blair Atholl. She snagged a bronze at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics with Team GB and is the 2013 World Champ. As skip for Scotland, she crushed it at the 2011 European Championships in Moscow, the 2013 Worlds in Riga, and the 2017 Europeans in St. Gallen.
She’s also a four-time World Junior Champ (2007, 2008, 2009, 2011). A three-time Olympian (Vancouver 2010, Sochi 2014, Pyeongchang 2018), she made history in Sochi as the youngest skip ever – male or female – to nab an Olympic medal. She reps the Dunkeld Curling Club in Pitlochry. She dropped the mic and announced her retirement on August 11, 2022. Now she’s coachin’ up the Fay Henderson rink.
