When she was 16, Richelle was chosen as a model for various local projects in her hometown. This gave her the opportunity to gain experience at a young age. At the age of 17, a Philadelphia scout who had collaborated with agents in New York City contacted her and offered a job.

She decided to take a chance and move to New York to work full-time modeling. In the Big City, she had the opportunity to work with the best photographers, stylists, designers, and artists. With their help, she grew up as a person and as a model.
