American/Greek TV presenter Maria Menounos also likes to sunbathe. The chiseled body of a 40-year-old journalist is a decoration of any beach. The secret of her great shape is in denying inhibitions.

She was on diets until she got to the clinic with dehydration. After spending in a hospital bed more than one day, she gave a vow: no more restrictions. She eats pizza, French fries and drinks soda. Of course, you need to know the measure. But it is fanatical to limit yourself in something or to cycle on a healthy diet-also not a panacea.
