I don’t know why she signed on to do this garbage film. For Dakota it was obviously strategic. She’d rather do real work but it’s hard to get those films funded and distributed. Being the lead of a successful commercial film would make her bankable, and would therefore make it easier to get the films she actually believes in made. Problem is, her agent should have brought her a less shitty commercial project than this one. Starring in this film might actually prove counterproductive for her, which is maddening. Now, back to Sydney, she unlike Dakota had no apparent reason to do this trash. WTF?
