“Desperate Housewives” producer and actress Eva Longoria has sold her compound in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles at a loss, 05/06/2020.
The 2.75-acre property sold for $8.25 million last week, $3.15 million less than the price she paid for it in 2015 when she bought it for $11.4 million from actor Tom Cruise, who owned the compound for about a decade.
Today, we spotted Eva and hubby Jose Baston, visiting a few homes in the Beverly Hills area.
