You probably know Lakshmi as the host and executive producer of “Top Chef”, which won an Emmy Award (no big deal). But that’s not all – she’s also the creator, host, and executive producer of Hulu’s “Taste the Nation”, a humanitarian, a best-selling author, and a mom. And get this – Lakshmi used to be a model and actress back in her 20s. This is her first time appearing in the SI Swimsuit Issue.
