Meet Mette Towley, the singer, actress, dancer and choreographer who blew up after starring in N.E.R.D. and Rihanna’s 2017 banger “Lemon.” She later popped up in the 2019 drama Hustlers alongside Cardi B.

Mette honed her dance skills at the University of Minnesota. In 2014, she joined the dance crew The Baes. This Minnesota native got her big break when Pharrell Williams, the legendary songwriter and producer, brought her on as a background dancer.
