Y’all, meet Melissa Cohen, the activist and documentary filmmaker who’s makin’ waves for marryin’ Hunter Biden in May 2019, just six days after they first met. She’s all about that environmental life, advocatin’ for groups and co-ownin’ the conservation company Tribal Worlds.

She got her degree in interior design from Greenside Design Center College of Design in South Africa, and at 21, she made the move to the US. Fun fact: her first language was Xhosa, and she didn’t learn English until she was six. She was also a member of Greenpeace, showin’ her commitment to the cause.

In March 2020, she welcomed her son Beau, and she became a step-mom to her husband’s daughters Naomi, Finnegan, and Maisy. And, in January 2021, she slayed the game in a red coat at her father-in-law Joe Biden’s inauguration.
