I want Scorsese to restore the sexual content that he cut to avoid the NC-17. From what he’s said he mostly trimmed content from the airplane orgy, but it’s infuriating that he cut anything for the fucking MPAA at all. I know he cut sex from “The Departed” as well. The two bitches who Nicholson took home for a threesome in the film apparently had an entire explicit scene according to one of the actresses. If that was for the MPAA too, fuck ’em. His position against extended cuts is antiquated nonsense.
