Irina Shayk straight up broke tradition on the red carpet at the 76th Cannes Film Festival on May 22. Instead of goin’ for a luxurious or shiny dress like everyone else, this 37-year-old supermodel showed up at the Club Zero show in Gucci underwear.

Shayk was spotted arrivin’ at the Martinez Hotel after the screening, rockin’ Gucci underwear that included a lace top and thong panties, all decorated with the famous GG motif of the Italian fashion house. But that ain’t all – the superstar combined these elements with a completely transparent coat, mesh opera gloves and knee-length fingerless tights.

To add even more drama, Irina Shayk wore a plastron necklace decorated with a cascade of diamonds, black sunglasses, and bright red lipstick. She completed her look with a pair of heeled sandals. This catwalk star ain’t playin’ around!
