Those light pancakes you get up in Quebec City are the best I’ve ever tasted. I live in the Northeast {and when I say Northeast I mean the North……east.} I’ve been up into Quebec quite a few times. Took a canoe trip up there one summer for seven weeks way the fuck up north {ended up on an Indian reservation. They flew us out of there by aqua plane.} Spent a couple weeks in Montreal one summer. Visited places in Quebec numerous times. Quebec City has that old Europe feel to it. Been all up into New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Halifax. The Cabot Trail. Did the Gaspe Peninsula in Quebec {beautiful but ISOLATED.} Canada is alright. I like Canada………….I like the United States A LOT more.
