Shameless actress Tina Malone, who has been served papers to appear at the High Court for retweeting a photo of one of James Bulger's killers. She posted messages yesterday revealing she has been served papers accused of breaking the court injunction imposed by Baroness Butler-Sloss banning photos of Jon Venables and Robert Thompson, James Bulger's killers.

They were ten-years-old when they became the country's youngest murderers and spent eight years behind bars for the murder of the two-year-old. They were then released from prison in January 2001, with a High Court injunction banning any information to be circulated about their current whereabouts and identity. Thompson and Venables have been living anonymously with new identities since being released from a life sentence for the kidnap, torture and murder of James Bulger 25 years ago.

The Shameless star could face a two year prison sentence or unlimited fine if she is found guilty of contempt by breaking the injunction. Yesterday Tina Malone posted a series of Facebook comments about the matter. She wrote: "So as i watched denise and stu fergus on this mng today! I have been served geuss who is taking me to high court!!, and "I need a lawyer asap!!!! Iv been committed to the high court!!!" Later she added: "Iv had a wonderful day till i opened my front door 5mins ago!!! The high court have served me!!" Tina has been an ambassador for The James Bulger Memorial Trust and has said in the past that she was friends with the murdered lad's mum Denise Fergus. She previously told The Daily Star Sunday: "I didn't have a clue it was illegal. "What are you going to do... prosecute me for posting a picture?
