It does work, some of the time and probably more for porn and cam models as they'll have more online presence.
It costs £30 a month and for that you get up to 25 searches in a 24 hour period, and it tops up automatically.
You do need decent quality face pics. But be prepared for multiple identical returns with Internet and famous people as there pics are more regularly posted on different sites.
