1: do not live in the UK
2: use iphone, but you can still get it to work on desktop, android is less likely
3: it doesn't always work, do not expect it
4: use already enticing images. That's not a fail safe, but it does work better.
5: The moderation checks both the prompt, and the final product. Even when you can trick the prompt moderation, you have to get lucky that the final product passes moderation as well. This can sometimes be done by obfuscating your intentions, i.e. let the nudity be a natural result of the prompts, rather than be the prompt itself.
6: try dozens of times and get lucky. Make multiple accounts if needed.

I have noticed if you try and use a image of say HW you wont get nudity but if you ask for a look alike of HW wearing say lingerie in the imagine prompt box, then pick what image you want to use. Then make a video I asked to show nipples and this worked nearly every time. I am going to upload some HW so you can see the results hope this helps.
