By the sounds of it who ever leaked it didn’t even know it was her.

She sets up fake account (under a pseudonym I presume) to join group of girls sharing pics of their breast augmentation journey. She post pic of her before and after that doesn’t have her face in it and has background blurred out.

Then one of the girl’s boyfriend sets up a fake account and screenshots all the photos and dumps them in a Reddit thread. Someone becomes aware of this and the members of the group are tipped off.

The members then mass report the thread to get it removed from Reddit.

The chance of any trace of it being out there are pretty slim. And even if they are out there it would be impossible to find because no one even knew it was her in the first place.
