A few months ago I ordered a custom video from a model, I did that before and, even in the first time she took a lot to deliver it, I was sure that with a little bit of patience I would have received what I paid for.
The fact is she disappeared for a while but I wanted to give her the time, just because in the last time she delivered the content even if a lot of time passed. At a certain point I had enough of that situation and I asked the support for a refund. The answer was "the refund is not possible because more than 90 days has passed". So I didn't know what to do and I gave up at first. A few months ago that model returned to the platform and she is ignoring all my messages (she viewed them all). That makes me angry, I don't like being made fun of like that. I tried to contact the support a lot of times but the answer is always the same.
Is there something I can do?
