OnlyFans Got scammed and I can't get a refund

A few months ago I ordered a custom video from a model, I did that before and, even in the first time she took a lot to deliver it, I was sure that with a little bit of patience I would have received what I paid for.
The fact is she disappeared for a while but I wanted to give her the time, just because in the last time she delivered the content even if a lot of time passed. At a certain point I had enough of that situation and I asked the support for a refund. The answer was "the refund is not possible because more than 90 days has passed". So I didn't know what to do and I gave up at first. A few months ago that model returned to the platform and she is ignoring all my messages (she viewed them all). That makes me angry, I don't like being made fun of like that. I tried to contact the support a lot of times but the answer is always the same.

Is there something I can do?

This is not mumsnet bro. Fool me once and all that. You waited over three months to get the video you paid for lol. Stop throwing your money away on thots.
 
If you used credit card you can always do a claim back for goods not received, you can do it online so its not awkward in the bank ive only done this with trainers and not of content but its still goods you've paid for and not received

Name and shame save anyone else getting scammed I think it you’ve used your credit card I think you have up to 120 days to claim I would contact your bank immediately

Not much you can do, most banks after 90 days won't act, never leave it that length of time. If a content creator is offering a custom service then never expect to wait longer than a few days... (Unless I have been lucky in only waiting a few days max).

Like another said you can report her to HMRC as she will be paying Tax on what you paid for and it's stolen money, also you can try a report her to the police as it's also theft and fraud. Most likely the won't do much but still worth a shot.

There should be the ability to review these girls, one i have managed to deal with (Rose Winter) offered 10 free videos on sign up, I joined her account and messaged that I had joined from the ad, "thanks babe" was the response, I waited a week and messaged again as a gentle reminder that I was still waiting for the videos based on the ad "which one?" Was that response, so I screenshotted and messaged her, again I was ghosted so I messaged OF (who are about as useful as tits on a goose) whose first response was "content creators are independent so we have zero control" but then after some discussion messaged with "ok we will look into this" which was handy as it meant I could screenshot THAT and send in message to Rose, suddenly I got a rant from her about how I am jeopardising her livelihood all for the sake of £12.99 a month and that shes on holiday so its not her fault that its taken so long to send because she cant guarantee signal and that I must be poor to do this for a measly £12.99! Etc, and got the videos....she then restricted my access to her account so I couldn't view her other content so I messaged OF again and then she messaged me AGAIN to berate me, gave me 3 weeks of free account access (roughly what she owed me) and told me to never contact her again or join her OF LOL

We should all wait till she's next on holiday and join on trial.
