You cannot simply delete an element from an image once it has been uploaded and posted. Once an image is uploaded and posted, it becomes compressed into the image file. While you can digitally edit and manipulate what is underneath, you cannot directly remove it as it does not exist as a separate layer when compressed instead, it would need to be digitally manipulated or faked. This is due to the nature of how images function. Any claim suggesting otherwise is inaccurate.
