Well there are pics and vids out there somewhere.... she got a settlement from a company that was promoting them online.

She won the lawsuit because the video and pics were proven to not be her and they falsely claimed it was her. Also she was not a stripper and they have been together since high school.

It was a default judgement. The other guy basically forfeited and didn't try and defend himself. The chances are clearly high that it wasn't her, but it wasn't proven. The fact that she only got $750 is a bit comical.
