Thing is, she wasn't actually that beautiful - it's just that there was no really good-looking female tennis players at the time. There was no Ivanovic or Bouchard or Hantuchova, or Giorgi.

Some people just get off on being assholes. Its their only joy in their sad, miserable and undoubtedly lonely lives. I feel sorry for them as well and rarely if ever engage them in their desperate attempts to start online wars.

She actually was quite talented though. When she was younger she won numerous junior tournaments and competed with the likes of the Williams sisters. She helped usher in the Russian wave of female tennis stars.
