I can confirm this. I requested a custom waited months with excuses and then got told no refunds and was sent regular content (not what I requested with absolutely nothing we agreed on) for an extremely overpriced amount. Also don’t forget your customs are not just for you they will be sold to others for a way cheaper amount - STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

Probs because it’s her manager running her X, onlyfans and probs other socials will be a lack of communication between the model and the person you actually speak to
