AI that can improve blurry/ low quality photos of women?

Does anyone know of an AI thats good at clearing up blurry, LQ photos of ladies? I have a few old photos I have manage to slowly spruce up with some apps like neural net, but I am wondering if there is anything really good out there!

I am also looking for an app that can use AI to animate photos into videos, celebjihad used one recently for MBB. Have not found anything solid or that will allow for NSFW content.

Anything you have would be appreciated.

I tried different upscalers and the best I have used is Topaz Gigapixel. The license costs around $100 but you don’t have to pay for a subscription. The quality is excellent and it runs locally.

Yes as mentioned above for blurry images Gigapixel Ai is really the only one I have found that works on a computer (anything that says it runs on a mobile is a waste of time as everything looks good on a 5 inch screen) but even it has limitations especially when working with small low resolution files. Try the trial version before paying for it (its on the Topazlabs site)
