This is a hypothetical question. Say if you paid 5k for a custom video of a very well known creator and this video is extremely rare never been seen anything like this online. So rear it doesn’t even have the creators watermarks on it etc what would be the best of monetising it?

Hypothetically speaking, of course, the best way without getting burnt and potentially sued/fine/prison time for "selling" others work (distribution isn't as bad, selling, though, they'll get you) would be to find a nice group of gentleman/women who would've shared the costs with you in the first place. Only share it with each other once the cost is fully covered to stop one person going rogue once they've received it.

Paying 5k is ridiculous, however, and It'd be near impossible to recoup anything close to 20% of that unless it's a 30 minute 4k video of current Queen Lizzie

I have several of these vdo’s I didn’t pay 5k tho. However these creators who do not do this level in public also make you sign a model release form which if you breach your fucked. I would love to share on here but..so as for selling on this stuff like you suggest could be a big problem if you signed anything.
