Good work trying it out. It seems to have done well with the objects around Macey but smoothed her skin into a flat mush.

Mush is the surgeon's 'skill set'! What's weird is she may have had a reduction to make wrestling easier, but she's put weight on everywhere else and does not look conditioned and super fit like she used to. Maybe it's 'cushioning' for the wrestling!
