Definitely - at least to get your money back if you were scammed. I submit a ticket to OF every time I'm blatantly scammed and probably 80% or more of the time I get refunded what I spent, and I've probably submitted 20+ tickets over 2 years or so by now.
If the model scammed you by using a misleading description for the content you paid for then she has violated the terms of use - specifically the terms of use for creators section 9 b. See here -

So when I submit a ticket to report a model and ask for a refund I specifically mention that they violated the terms of use for creators section 9 b since the content was not as described by the model, and I typically get my money back. Unfortunately, OF doesn't seem to care about actually punishing or banning these models that are repeat offenders, but at least I'm able to get my money back most of the time, and then I know who to avoid buying content from.

She’s done a few private BG videos for Born2tease, that aren’t advertised on their website. Not sure how long ago they were filmed mind.
