emma was once seen wearing the same shoes as in the video, the ground was the same as in the hotel where the bathtub videos where shot (it was found out quickly in which bathroom they were made), and it came out EXACTLY together with the bathtub vids. also, while the bathtub vids got deleted pretty slowly, it was always deleted fast af. if its not a random girl, its definitely more likely her and not seyfried.
to the dudes asking: just google "emma watson red vibrator" and search around a bit, youll find it somewhat easily

And it's almost certainly just a random girl right? I thought the whole reason it never really got any traction was because it was dismissed rather quickly, kinda like those pictures passed off as Dove Cameron (which would have been a problem anyways, so thank goodness for fakes).

Then why were Emma’s legal team so desperate to take all the videos down? Even the bathtub videos, which were taken down much slower, came down eventually

I would be more than happy to accept it as her if you've got a link to a DMCA request from her lawyers on behalf of that video (I think it was Krysten Ritter who just outright publicly declared all of hers as private property, thereby putting to rest the ones with no face). Otherwise, it actually makes cynical sense to broadly demand anything potentially related gets taken down, basically pulling the same stunt as the end of Spartacus.

Did they? I’m not so sure. Both the bathtub and the red vibrator videos are readily available on Pornhub, the most well known and profitable porn site on the net. If her solicitors were really that on it, that site would surely have been an easy target?

It costs millions to remove the videos and the simply get re posted. She would have been told to save her money and not to talk about it. The press would have swapped an exclusive storey not publish it. not to mention the backlash on the papers for posting that storey on a national icon. Papers have to careful cause of social media.

Def don't cost millions to have anything flagged for a copyright claim and taken down. Idk where u made this figure up from lol There's many companies out there that are paid to scour the internet for other companies/artists/individuals/etc, and when finding something, sending a DMCA take down requests to websites with the threat of legal action for not doing so. It may not be cheap in some cases but def isn't gonna cost millions.

If we need to choose between emma and amanda I think there's more evidence to suggest its emma based on the matching shoes, the legs, the floors and shes also wearing a black braclet that she has been seen wearing also. She even has a mole at the top of her leg in that vid that you can see in bikini pics.
