Digen is pretty good for producing nudity but before I waste a lot of time, is it even possible to get it to produce anything better than just nude?

Not really, but it's great to get the first couple frames taken care of. Many of the better ones charge more to nudify before applying a template, so you can get some really good female nudity, screenshot a good frame, and then take it to a motionmuse or playbox.

I've noticed that A2E is great for blowjobs and cumshots, fwiw. Face obscured out of caution for local regz.

It is possible but very hard. The Realmotion 2.6 Ultra engine gets the best results for that but it costs more credits and you have to be insanely clinical in your prompt
