She wasn't really overrated as she did beat a majority of the women in front of her. RR was just more one dimensional but was really good at that one dimension. The Women's MMA scene just quickly evolved to be more well rounded and RR didn't evolve with it. Probably would have if she went to a better team than with Taverdyan.
