Now had the opportunity to look this up. It's from Episode 4 of Series 5 of "Charlie Brooker's Screenwipe" (I don't know where the clip's poster gets "pilot episode of BBC Four's upcoming "Konnie Goes..." series" from) which talks the about the change in direction that modern day documentaries have taken and includes his own mission documentary, "Konnie's Great British Wee"
